Additional Information
NOTE: This book is one of many, bought at a local auction, that belonged to Vivian Cox. Following demobilisation in 1946, Vivian Cox began a film production career that spanned time at both Shepherd's Bush and Pinewood studios before he joined Rank studios as an independent producer and screenwriter in 1959 until 1967. From 1960 to 1976 Cox produced all the stage shows for the annual Royal Command Film Performance and hosted the royal party. From 1975 until his retirement in 1982 he worked with Sir Bernard Miles as administrator at Londons Mermaid Theatre. Vivian Cox died in April 2009 aged 93.
